Zumba


I have spent the last 9 months not exercising and although I have still lost wight I have missed being active. Upon getting back to Rexburg I planned to take advantage of the free fitness classes once again. Zumba has always been one of my favorite ways to exercise. But the first time I went I was getting over a cold and only lasted 10 minutes. The second time I made it 30 minutes and now I dance my way through the whole workout. Even though I come home worn out its a good worn out and I am so glad I am doing it!
